The Very Forceful Questions

Welcome back to Sunday Stealing which originated on WTIT: The Blog authored by Bud Weiser. Here we will steal all types of questions from every corner of the blogosphere. Our promise to you is that we will work hard to find the most interesting and intelligent questions. You may have heard the expression, “honor among thieves”. In that age-old tradition, we try to credit the blog that we stole it from. We also provide a link to the victim's questions in our "Previous Victims" widget. (It's our way of saying "Thanks!") Sometimes we edit the original meme, to make it more relevant to our global players, to challenge our players, to select the best questions, or simply to make it less repetitive from recently asked questions from a previously post.

Watermelonhead has nothing to do with anything here.
We found this gem from a blogger named Tyfordd from the blog Tyfordd's Gallery. She states she was tagged by her good “friendo” but does not mention who. We mean unless "friendo" is an actual name. It is both strange and exciting to find a blog that still gets tagged to do random questions. This was done in August. The host of the blog is Deviantart that used to be something else, but it is that site that calls blogs “journals”. THE ugliest layout (and always has been) and why these folks never found Word Press or Blogger is beyond me. It is impossible to figure out whether you are dealing with a name or the blog's journal's name. In this post, they have 10 rules to do these questions. We won’t share them because we hate freakin’ rules. About last week: I did not make it to all of your posts, but I do owe all of you an apology. I really thought that last week’s questions would be a little different. It was great until I tried to play. Man, was that dumb. Anyway, we are back with a more traditional approach. Also, thanks for letting me know you read this. Hey, you never know unless you ask. As far as the name goes, it actually was the title of this exercise. I couldn't really figure it all out. But hey, what else is new?

Cheers to All of Us Thieves!

1. Do you have/have you had any pets?

2. Do you play video games? If so, do you have a favorite video game series?

3. Any unpopular opinions on anything?

4. Do you have a favorite gem? If yes, has anyone ever bought you jewelry with that gem?

5. Favorite story genres?

6. What was once a secret that you can now share? (The original question was "What kind of fruit do you hate" which is type of question that I think "who cares?" so I just change them.)

7. Do you like reading?

8. What time is it for you now, what are you usually doing at this time of the day?

9. What character on TV or in film is most similar to you? You can go with looks or personality. Or you can make a quip and go to the next question.

10. What's something weird you wanna do? It cannot be weirder than Mr. Watermelonhead.

11. Have you ever accomplished a New Years Resolution?

12. Is there any music artist you look up to?

13. Are you allergic to anything? If yes, what?

14. When was the last time you took a swim? Who else was with you?
15. Would you rather have the ability to sleep for as long as you want, or have the ability to never have to sleep?

The Shipwreck Questions

Welcome back to Sunday Stealing which originated on WTIT: The Blog authored by Bud Weiser. Here we will steal all types of questions from every corner of the blogosphere. Our promise to you is that we will work hard to find the most interesting and intelligent questions. You may have heard the expression, “honor among thieves”. We found this gem the old-fashioned way. We googled it. Not this title, it came last. We hate to use memes from other sites. There are a lot of places that regular generates questions via a program or app (and are they really different things? We do ponder life’s mysteries late at night!) The thing is that Kwizgiver did it and we we’re none the worse for it. In fact, I think it helped us. (Of course, you are included.) As far as Stealing goes, I really thought I’d just wait a couple of weeks and then attempt to pass it off to the next thief.  But a funny thing happened. I really enjoy doing this and many weeks it’s all I do. In a "doing the questions" thing.

Not that any of this matters to you, but WTF, you can skip ahead. In fact I
imagine most of you did. Prove me wrong and add a comment by just saying “I read the stupid stuff." The long winded point is this: I got this meme site, now defunct shockingly, because all they did were memes “If you were stranded on an island…” and it was called The Ships Meme. Even I couldn’t make this shit up. They didn’t last long so we just stole some random questions and gave them a name. Our original title was “The Gilligan Island Questions” but then we figured that those of you were too young or would think it was about the show. So sorry, we won’t ask the Ginger or Maryanne question. So, for the first time this year of 2017 (get this - it is our 50th Anniversary Year of WTIT), I will raise my glass of Smirnoff and toast!

Cheers to all of us thieves!

We found this gem because it was kindly given to us from our friend Bev from the blog Funny The World. Bev has been a faithful follower of Sunday Stealing for years. We are still on the mend from that pesky broken neck. It’s almost two months since the surgery. We’ve still have a way to go. So, the help from you folks is SO appreciated. We may at some point try to recruit a new author here, but as we have said, we are working on some marketing to increase our audience. But now it’s time to toast!

Cheers to all of us thieves!

We didn't find this gem. The Gal Herself did. She seems to have a sixth sense when I hit a wall with this. Gal found a blogger called “Lana G” who often played Know & Tell Friday. Back in its day it had a decent following. I appreciated this assist. I want to keep this going until I figure out what's next. I'm not being cryptic. Or am I? Foreshadowing? Thanks, Gal.

Bouncing Billy & Bud Weiser November 2016
This space has become a bit like a Chuck Lorre vanity card. I usually tell you about the person that I stole the meme from, if I know it. But nowadays we have to use all sorts of question sites to find decent ones. But most of all of us started our blogs about 10 years ago. I’d say 75% of our blog friends left for Facebook. Which is weird because you can do both. And this gives us a place to vent without worrying about who will read it. OK, a bonus question to put at the end. I grew a beard. I stopped shaving when I got ill. It took four days just to figure out that I broke three discs in my neck. Anyway, my wife hates it. Since almost all of you are women, add this question: How do you feel about beards? No bonus points. I'm curious.
Sunday Stealing: The Bearded Questions

What is some of your favorite music?

List your three favorite scents.

How do you ground yourself or recharge?

Any ways you treat or spoil yourself?

Besides your blog, do you have a creative past-time?

Share something difficult you've been through.

     What helps you fall asleep?

What is one strength and one weakness of yours?

Have you ever received a letter or written one to someone else?

What makes you feel powerful, what breathes life into you?

What's your favorite thing to do at night?

If you could go back to any era, what would they be?

Your favorite things to wear at home?

If you could be immortal or have an extremely long life span which would you pick and why?

Tell us about something positive you have done for yourself or someone recently.

One thing you like about your appearance?

Something that makes you feel better after a hard day?

If you have one, name a favorite book & movie.
